During that time, I’ve:

  • Worked on projects from £1m schemes through to £200m central London developments

  • Won both volume work and major projects with Tier 1 contractors

  • Built and managed sales teams responsible for the full sales lifecycle

  • Led key national accounts and secured price framework agreements


My background is in lifts and escalators — one of the most technically demanding subcontract packages — which means I understand first-hand the commercial pressure, complexity, and discipline required to win work consistently.
